Registration at Point-of-Sale
A unique feature of the vPunch Rewards program provides merchants the opportunity to quickly and easily register customers into the program right at the point-of-sale. When the cashier processes the customers payment card for authorization, the terminal will prompt the cashier to invite the customer to join the program.
By entering the customer’s mobile phone number into the terminal, the vPunch Rewards program immediately sends a SMS Text message to the customer.
To confirm participation in the program (opt-in), the customer simply replies Y to the text message and they are registered. It’s that easy!
Special Offers
A Special Offer works like a paperless gift certificate that is purchased online and virtually linked with your customer’s registered debit or credit card. Once purchased, your customers redeem their Special Offer by simply paying with their registered payment card.
