Togo’s Inc. has announced that they have hired Novita Training to develop and implement franchise training programs for Togo’s managers and restaurant employees. Novita’s franchise training programs will be implemented in all existing and future Togo’s restaurants.

“For Togo’s to remain competitive in the marketplace as one of the best sandwich franchise opportunities, we need a results-focused training program that will successfully support the needs of our restaurant operations. Our franchisees share a passion for creating an exceptional experience for all West Coast sandwich lovers and through this new relationship with Novita we will better serve our loyal customers,” said Tony Gioia, chairman and CEO of Togo’s Holdings, LLC. “Novita’s programs, designed to drive end-user performance improvements, met all of our business needs and we look forward to putting these proven strategies into practice as we continue to grow the brand in the Western U.S.”

Novita Training offers customized online and in-person coaching sessions for new franchisees and employees. Programs are designed to help develop robust, interactive, and instructionally-sound solutions, while staying ahead of the technology curve.

Along with new training initiatives, Togo’s recently launched a strategic plan for expansion, which includes remodeling options for franchisees to refresh existing units, while continuing to open new locations in key states including, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Togo's has nearly 250 restaurants located in the Western U.S.
