Louisville Eater has obtained a copy of KFC's new concept's menu. The concept, called KFC eleven, is set to open next week in the Highlands neighborhood of the brand's hometown of Louisville, Ky.
Early reports claim KFC eleven is a fast casual spinoff of the historic brand. The menu includes 100-percent Boneless Original Recipe white or dark chicken meals, Crispy Bites featuring flavors such as hickory BBQ, kickin' buffalo, orange ginger, island BBQ and creamy chipotle, and sides such as garlic smashed potatoes and gravy and waffle fries.
There are also sandwiches including the Original 11, California Club, BBQ Bacon Ranch and Habanero Jack. Flatbread sandwiches and salads will also be available, as will rice bowls, desserts and a beverage line of "iced indulgences" and "fresh and lightly frozen" drinks.
KFC eleven has a Facebook page set up already. Some fans have asked what the concept is, with KFC eleven responding: "Hand-crafted food. Fresh, exciting flavors. Delicious KFC chicken. Stay tuned for more details!"
Others have asked that the concept open near them in areas such as New York, to which the brand has responded with "You never know."
