Pancheros spices up menu with new condiments

Pancheros Mexican Grill, based in Iowa, is debuting two new condiments — a cilantro lime vinaigrette and a salsa verde — on Oct. 8.

The cilantro lime vinaigrette, the brand's first ever proprietary salad dressing, is a zesty vinaigrette using fresh jalapenos and tomatillos as a base. Not only can the vinaigrette be used on salads, but it can also add an extra layer of flavor to other menu items such as the burrito bowl, according to company press release.

The salsa verde, the fifth salsa to be added to the Pancheros menu, gets a 5 on the hotness scale of 1 to 10. The medium heat salsa has a tangy, jalapeno taste that is sure to wow all salsa lovers, said Rodney Anderson, president of Pancheros Mexican Grill.

"These two new additions will add a zesty, new twist to some of Pancheros' most beloved menu items," he said.
