Jersey Mike's Subs has opened in Downtown Philadelphia in Amtrak's 30th Street Station at 2955 Market St. The new unit is operated by The Grove Inc. and is in the Main Hall.

Throughout the next several months, The Grove plans to open two other Jersey Mike's locations at Newark International Airport (Terminal A) and McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas (Concourse C).

"This was a fantastic opening and we look forward to a long-lasting relationship with Jersey Mike's," said Michelle Dukler, president and CEO, The Grove Inc. "We will have our first three locations open in the next 60 days and then we hope to work on our next three."

The Grove also opened a Wendy's in the same mini-food court, which was designed to include architectural details in keeping with the art deco space.

"We are excited to welcome Jersey Mike's Subs and their Philly cheese steak to the food court at the Amtrak 30th Street Station, which adds a missing part of Philadelphia food history to our food offerings," said Linda Frankel, project director, Amtrak Real Estate Development.
