Mobile apps can be used to reduce costs and increase revenues while delivering insight into how customers behave, but just having any mobile app isn't enough. In a webinar presented by LevelUp and FastCasual.com, participants will learn how to make their apps actually make them money, said Michael J. Hagan, chief operating officer of LevelUp, who will discuss the mobile payment industry and how it can impact a restaurateur's bottom line.
The free webinar, "Is Your Mobile App Making You Money," scheduled for 4 p.m. EST, March 6, will also feature Sean Miller, head of retail operations at fresh juice bar Organic Avenue. He's working with the LevelUp team to launch an Organic Avenue-branded mobile application and will discuss his philosophy and examples of how the chain's mobile payment and loyalty app are critical to connecting with their customers.
The webinar, Hagan said, will also explain how brands can create a custom-branded mobile payment and loyalty app without having to develop, support, or maintain it.
