Elevation Burger has opened two more locations in Fairfax, Va.. One is at Fair Oaks Mall, and the other is at the Turnpike Shopping Center in Fairfax City, bringing the total number to 10 Elevation Burger locations in the D.C. Four are in Fairfax County.
Opened on Oct. 24, the Elevation Burger at The FairOaks Mall is operated by Jun and Trish Yi, who, after years of frequenting the Falls Church location with their children, decided to open one of their own.
"We have been huge fans of Elevation Burgerfor five years, and our kids have grown up on their organic burgers," said JunYi. "As parents, we have always looked for organic options — even in fast casual food — and it made perfect sense to open our own franchise since we are such believers in the quality of this product."
The second Fairfax location, at the Turnpike ShoppingCenter across from Wilbert Tucker Woodson High School, opened on Nov. 21 and marks the company's fourth corporately owned store, joining the 30 store operated by franchisees. Both new locations will feature the Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine, serving more than 100 drink choices, which include 70 low/nocalorie options.
"We are thrilled to open not one, but two stores inFairfax, as we opened the very first Elevation Burger not too far away in FallsChurch seven years ago," said Founder and CEO Hans Hess. "It has always sbeen our goal to bring great-tasting organic burgers to the masses, and we hope to reach at least 75 Elevation Burger locales by the end of 2014."
