Elevation Burger, a 35-unit chain known for its organic, grass-fed and free-range burgers, has joined the Organic Trade Association, a business association for the organic industry whose members serve certified organic products or provide services that serve the organic industry business.
As one of the organization’s approximately 1,100 members, Elevation Burger joins brands such as AvedaCorporation, Annie’s Inc., Stonyfield Farm Inc., Amy’s Kitchen Inc. and WholeFoods Market.
"We are honored to represent the fast casual sector within the Organic Trade Association,” said the chain’s founder and CEO, Hans Hess.“We look forward to working with OTA’s extensive network to continue to bring organic products to the masses."
Elevation Burger offers two variations of a veggie burger, lettuce-wrapped burgers, non-processed 6-month-aged cheddar cheese and cookies made with organic butter and eggs, Hess said.
