Charleys 'steaks' claim with launch of Bacon Swiss Steakhouse Crunch

Charleys' restaurants, known for Charley's Grilled Subs and Charleys Philly Steaks, has added the Bacon Swiss Steakhouse Crunch to its menus. It will be available as a limited-time offering through Jan. 1.

"We've pulled out all the stops," said Dick Falcone, R&D director for Charleys. "It's loaded with 100 percent USDA choice steak, crispy bacon, melty Swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms and onions – and we didn't stop there. We topped it with crispy fried onions and smothered it in our signature steak sauce, all served on our hearty bakery-style bread."
