Blue Lemon recently announced signing an agreement to open it first restaurant in Ogden, Utah. The store will be located in a 4,000 square-foot space at 339 East 2250 South, and will open this fall.
The new restaurant will be in The Junction area of downtown Ogden, near the newly-built LDS Temple.
"We’re thrilled that the community has responded so favorably to our fast casual gourmet restaurant concept and are excited to bring our brand to the Ogden area," said Aaron Day, co-founder and CEO, in a company press release. "The city has been most helpful in welcoming us to the community."
In May 2014, Day and his wife Lychelle opened their first out-of-state location in Gilbert, Ariz., and now employ more than 200 people chain wide. The Days are also considering franchising the brand in the future.
