Orkin University Online includes free downloads such as:
- "ABCs of Pest Habitat Modification" Video Series – outlines important steps employees can take to make restaurants less "pest-friendly" through 10 brief Webisodes, each offering a different tip for restaurant staff.
- Sanitation and Storage Quiz – brought to you by NSF International and Orkin, this tool helps educate or evaluate employees on the importance of proper sanitation and storage and its impact on pest management.
- "Before Your Next Health Inspection" Checklist – approved by NSF International, the checklist helps restaurant managers and employees prepare for health inspections, or simply train employees in best food-safety practices (available in English and Spanish).
