BOSTON, Mass. — UFood Restaurant Group Inc. has announced that it has received proceeds of a private placement offering in the amount of $2.8 million, net of expenses, to fund its ongoing growth and operations.
 
Headquartered in Boston, UFood Restaurant Group Inc. is led by George Naddaff, founder of Boston Market.
