Men's Health: The authors of the book "Eat This, Not That! For Kids," David Zinczenko and Matt Goulding, have released a Restaurant Report Card for a variety of chains, including fast casual concepts. Au Bon Pain received an A- for its healthy menu options while Atlanta Bread and Panera Bread both earned a B-.
 
Einstein Bros. Bagels received a C+ rating while Five Guys Burgers & Fries received a C rating and Chipotle a C-. Baja Fresh earned the lowest rank with a D-.
