TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — Grand Traverse Pie Co. has announced the addition of Strawberry Cream Pie, just in time for Easter. The new 9-inch pie is made with fresh strawberries blended in a rich, thick, vanilla cream with whipped topping inside handmade crust.
The new pie is part of the brand's Fresh Flavors menu for spring available at all Grand Traverse Pie Company locations.
Along with its famous pies, Grand Traverse Pie Company serves breakfast, lunch and supper and has a long track record of giving back to the communities they serve. The company recently kicked off its 2nd Annual ‘Pie for the Cure' fundraiser and is donating 50 cents for each 9-inch dessert pie sold to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure breast cancer organization.
With the addition of the new Strawberry Cream Pie, Grand Traverse Pie Co. now offers more than 40 different varieties of their homemade pies. Other cream pies include chocolate, coconut, banana, peanut butter, mocha and butterscotch.
