El Pollo Loco to offer $120M senior secured notes

COSTA MESA, Calif. — El Pollo Loco Inc. has announced that it plans to offer $120 million senior secured notes due 2012. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance of the notes to repay its existing credit facility, to repay its senior secured notes due 2009, to pay certain related fees and expenses and to use the balance, if any, for general corporate purposes.
