JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Firehouse Subs has announced Michael Fattizzi and Ashley Miles as the newest members of its marketing team.
As regional marketing managers they will be responsible for supporting Firehouse Subs franchisees and area representatives for local marketing initiatives, coordinating and planning grand openings and assisting in all other marketing needs in their assigned regions.
Fattizzi earned his B.A. while attending Ramapo College in Mahwah, N.J. Fattizzi worked as a firefighter in New Jersey for 16 years before retiring as a captain. Prior to accepting his position at Firehouse Subs, he was the divisional marketing manager for Starbucks in the Southeast, creating local and national marketing programs dedicated to increasing in-store transactions and overall consumer brand loyalty.
Miles most recently worked as a media planner with St. John & Partners in Jacksonville, Fla., on accounts such as Zaxby's and Smoothie King. In her former role, she developed broadcast, radio, outdoor, print and interactive media plans for 35 designated market areas (DMAs). She was also instrumental in coordinating successful grand openings and local store marketing campaigns.
Miles received her bachelor's degree in business with an emphasis in marketing research from Florida State University.
