• Costa Vida adds Arizona location

SALT LAKE CITY — Fresh Mex chain Costa Vida is opening its newest location in Queen Creek, Ariz., at 21152 E. Rittenhouse Road, the company has announced. Queen Creek residents will receive in the mail a coupon for a free Costa Vida burrito that can be redeemed May 20 - June 14, to celebrate the restaurant's grand opening. In addition, Costa Vida fans who return within seven days with the same coupon will receive a second entrée free with purchase of any full-priced To-Go entrée.
 
Costa Vida has 23 locations across the United States, with one other Arizona restaurant, located in the city of Mesa. The menu offers a variety of made-to-order items such as tacos, burritos, enchiladas, salads and desserts.
