BURLINGTON, Vt. — Bruegger's is offering a unique Italian-inspired salad to its bakeries with the addition of its Sun-Drenched Tomato and Bagel Salad, the company has announced. 
 
The Sun-Drenched Tomato and Bagel Salad, available July and August in participating bakeries,
is made using fresh tomatoes, roasted red peppers, lettuce, Asiago cheese, Bruegger's fresh-baked Rosemary and Olive Oil bagels and a new sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing. Guests also can also add grilled chicken.
