SAN FRANCISCO — MonkeyMedia Software, a provider of Web-based operations solutions for the foodservice industry, has announced that La Boulange has selected MonkeyCatering solution to help develop the bakery's first catering program with online ordering and end-to-end production management.
La Boulange, a San Francisco-based French-inspired bakery, founded by Pascal Rigo, has 10 locations and a wholesale division.
By implementing MonkeyCatering, La Boulange will be able to manage its entire catering program from one central location. As the catering business grows, MonkeyCatering will enable La Boulange to manage production from other locations as required. MonkeyCatering's comprehensive back-end capabilities also will manage every step of La Boulange's catering process, from taking the order to producing it, packaging it and delivering it giving the customer upon delivery.
La Boulange will launch its new Web site next month and plans to complete the implementation of MonkeyCatering in the late summer to early fall time frame.
