WEST REDDING, Conn. — Entrepreneurs David Gile and Ankit Jhaveri have signed a franchise deal with Sandella's Flatbread Café to bring three new restaurants to the Chicago market. The franchisees plan to open their first location by the end of 2009.
 
Gile and Jhaveri are researching potential sites throughout downtown Chicago for their first location and are interested in tapping into the downtown business district of Chicago known as "The Loop." Gile, an MBA graduate of Harvard Business School, and Jhaveri were first introduced while managing a large Dell fulfillment facility.
 
Sandella's restaurants average 1,000-1,500 square feet and seat 30 to 40 guests.
