CHICAGO — ArrowStream, provider of supply chain solutions for the food industry, has announced an initiative to improve Panda Restaurant Group's supply chain management process with ArrowStream's OnDemand Solution.
Panda Restaurant Group recently reported its 12th consecutive year of same store sales growth, continued restaurant expansion and more than $1.2 billion in sales.
To sustain that growth trajectory and build a more robust supply chain, ArrowStream identified key areas of improvement for Panda including:
- The opportunity to automate the contract management system
- The need for increased visibility into the full supply chain
- The opportunity to more tightly manage supply chain operations with real time information
