Centennial, Colo.-based Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill has opened in Englewood, Colo., marking the concept's fifth location.
 
The restaurant was founded in 2007 by Alon Mor, a native of the Mediterranean region. The menu features falafel, shwarma (marinated chicken or steak) and bowls of hummus and couscous.
 
According to an article in Denver's Westword, a sixth Colorado location is scheduled to open soon.
