Shane's Rib Shack and Planet Smoothie have announced the launch of a franchise referral cash reward program. The program will reward existing franchisees for referring qualified prospects who become Planet Smoothie or Shane's Rib Shack franchisees.
Shane's Rib Shack will offer a $5,000 reward and Planet Smoothie will offer a $2,500 reward for referring a qualified prospect to the Petrus Brands franchise family. The rewards will be distributed once prospects become franchisees with the respective concept. The Referral Program begins October 2009 and runs through September 2010.
"Our franchisees are the best testament to the success and growth potential of our Shane's and Planet Smoothie brands, not to mention they have a first-hand appreciation for the skill set needed to be a successful franchisee," said Chris Morocco, CEO of Petrus Brands, parent company of Shane's Rib Shack and Planet Smoothie. "Historically they have informally served us well in communicating to potential franchisees. Now we want to reward and motivate them further for supporting our efforts to grow our brands with the best talent in the marketplace."
