Extreme Brandz, the franchisor and operator of more than 265 restaurants in the United States and Canada under the brand names Extreme Pita, Mucho Burrito and Pureblendz, has announced the appointment of Mark Cunningham as executive vice president of International Operations and Business Development.
Cunningham will oversee all facets of international development and expansion for all Extreme Brandz concepts, as well as be responsible for the company's day-to-day operations, reporting directly to president and CEO Alex Rechichi.
Most recently, he led international development initiatives for The Second Cup Coffee Co Inc., growing the company's presence to encompass 11 countries, including the concept's first café in Dubai. Cunningham began his career with McDonald's.
