Chop't Creative Salad Company has announced that it has appointed veteran restaurant industry analyst and investment banker Janice Meyer to its Board of Directors.
Meyer brings more than 20 years of experience in equity research and investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. She has worked with numerous high profile companies including McDonald's Corporation, Yum! Brands, Darden Restaurants Inc., and P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. She also serves on the board of EMN8, a supplier of self-service solutions to the restaurant industry.

Meyer adds an additional perspective to the Chop't board of directors that includes co-founders Colin McCabe and Tony Shure; former founder Nick Marsh, co-president and chief operating officer of Cosi Inc.; and Lars Munson, a partner at the hedge fund, Manatuck Hill.
