Hosting the call will be Steve Ells, founder, chairman, and co-CEO, Monty Moran, co-CEO, and Jack Hartung, CFO. A press release with fourth quarter and full year 2009 financial results will be issued at approximately 4 p.m. Eastern that same day.

Ells told investors during the recent 2010 Cowen/ICR XChange conference that through the third quarter of 2009, revenues for the company were up 14.6 percent to $1.13 billion over the prior year. For the twelve months ended Sept. 30, 2009, the company has reported estimated revenue growth at $1.47 billion, up from $1.33 billion rpeorted for the same period in 2008. Chipotle also opened 76 locations through the end of the 2009 third quarter for an overall unit count of 911 locations.
