Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc. has announced that it will be exhibiting RoninCast digital signage for food service applications, including digital menu boards and promotional boards, at the 2010 International Restaurant and Food Service Show, Feb. 28 - March 2 in booth No. 1110.

Digital signage is becoming more affordable, paving the way for restaurants to replace their traditional menu boards with the flexibility and effectiveness of digital menu boards. In many metropolitan areas, including New York, digital signage has provided an ideal solution for restaurants to comply with local city, county and state nutritional posting regulations. Pending national legislation is poised to change all menu board communications by requiring nutritional information adjacent to menu board food items.
With digital signage, including RoninCast, nutritional information can be easily updated and managed, while providing optimization of menu board space to provide the additional required elements. Nutritional information, as well as pricing and other data feeds, can be automatically updated through database integration with the RoninCast software.
