Our No.1, Mooyah Burger & Fries, launched a highly successful revitalization effort in 2009 and worked hard to truly provide what president Alan Hixon calls "magic within the four walls."
Genghis Grill, in the No. 2 spot, opened 14 units last year — a 70-percent rate of growth for the Mongolian stir-fry concept.
