I want to get back to my passion of cooking and creating new restaurant concepts, re-connecting with the Denver culinary community, sailing and spending time with my wife and family," Morrison said.  Pinche Tacos is one of the first in Denver to offer an original Mexican street fare menu to be served from taco wagons and carts around the city. The first cart location is scheduled to open Spring of 2010 on Denver's 16th Street Mall.
