Beautiful Brands International has announced the addition of Blazing Onion Burger Company to its portfolio of restaurants to market and franchise worldwide. The new concept will approach growth through a hybrid of fast casual and casual dining formats.
The agreement between the owners of The Blazing Onion Burger Company, David and Lorri Jones, and Beautiful Brands International will utilize BBI's organizational and support system to market and franchise the brand on a national and global scale. BBI's support will include product development, marketing, real estate, architecture, legal, franchise sales, and other aspects of franchise development.
The Blazing Onion will be positioned as a hybrid (fast casual/casual), gourmet burger concept, with a footprint of 4,500 square feet, depending on accommodations. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner and has an average ticket sale of $12 per person for lunch and $15 per person for dinner. The restaurant features an extensive menu including more than 25 gourmet burger offerings, plus a full-service sports lounge.
Founded in 2007 in Mill Creek, Wash., The Blazing Onion has grown to three locations.
