La Salsa names 2009 Franchisee of the Year

La Salsa Mexican Grill has announced that it has honored Norris and Angeli Tongson as its 2009 Franchisee of the Year. The couple own and operate a successful La Salsa restaurant in Hayward, Calif., and received the award based on a continued commitment to quality, customer service and sales growth.

The husband and wife team have owned and operated their Bay Area restaurant for approximately five years.

"Norris and Angeli are â€˜hands on' owners whose restaurant is consistently at the top of Quality Assurance and guest satisfaction rankings," said Charles Rink, president of La Salsa. "We are honored to have Mr. and Mrs. Tongson as part of our franchise community."
