California Tortilla has announced that it has revamped its menu by adding more than 25 new items. The additions include four new innovative burritos, the creation of a nachos category and the debut of pork carnitas as a protein choice. Additionally, vegetarians can now can simply say "Veg Me" to substitute a medley of vegetables for meat in any burrito.
"We're always striving to make improvements at California Tortilla and that includes continued menu development," said California Tortilla president Bob Phillips. "I'm confident that our customers will be very happy with the delicious new additions. In fact, several of them came about as a direct result of feedback generated from our loyal customers."
New signature burritos include the Fajita Burrito, the Carnitas Verde, the vegan-friendly No-Meato Burrito and California Screamin, formerly a limited time option.
The updated menu will be in place at all locations by the end of the month.
