Mimis Cafe has announced the reopening of its Chandler, Ariz., location, the first restaurant to feature Mimi's Quick Cafe in addition to traditional fullservice dining.
The fast casual dining section, along with a bakery, also features a new fullservice bar and enhanced decor.
To celebrate its reopening, Mimis Cafe has invited the community to a special "Meet Me at Mimi's" morning event April 22, where the first 75 guests in line will receive gift cards ranging from $25 to $100.
"The new services available at the Chandler location provide guests with more dining choices by expanding our bakery selection and offering more convenience for enjoying a quick breakfast and lunch, or a relaxing beverage in a casual environment," Tim Pulido, Mimis Cafe president and chief concept officer, said in a news release.
The new Mimi's Quick Cafe is open for breakfast and lunch and is located in the front part of the restaurant. Guests order from a select menu of breakfast sandwiches, freshly baked quiche, soup, salads and sandwiches, pay at the counter and dine in the Quick Cafe area. The bakery includes classic items such as Mimi's fresh baked muffins and items unique to the location such as Bear Claws, Blueberry Scones and Cinnamon Twists. An espresso bar also will be available, as well as to-go service.
