Panera Bread Company chairman and CEO Ron Shaich, executive VP and Co-CEO Bill Moreton, and senior VP and CFO Jeff Kip will present at the company's 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, to be held May 13 at 10:30 a.m., Central Daylight Time. The meeting will take place at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in St. Louis, Mo.
Shaich will kick-off the presentation with introductory remarks that will include welcoming Moreton as Panera's new CEO. Moreton and Kip will then review the company's operational and financial performance in 2009 and address the company's 2010 outlook. Management will be available at the conclusion of the meeting to answer questions from the company's stockholders.
