PJ's Coffee of New Orleans has developed a consumer-inspired promotion to choose its next coffee flavor. Through the brand's social media venues Facebook and Twitter, people can submit a flavor suggestion, along with possible flavor ingredients to PJ's Coffee.
Voting online begins May 25 and runs through June 25.
PJ's Coffee roast master Felton Jones will judge entries and will consider each idea before choosing the winning blend. Jones, who has nearly 20 years of experience in the coffee industry, has judged international coffee cupping events in Honduras and Panama.
"Our seasonal blends and flavors are always big hits with customers. So this time, we're asking our fans for their own ideas on what should be the next PJ's Coffee Blend," said Scott Ballard, CEO of PJ's Coffee of New Orleans. "We're looking forward to experimenting with the flavor combinations our fans submit."
