Fazoli's has opened a new location in Poplar Bluff, Mo., that signifies two major milestones for the brand.
By opening in a former Hardee's location, Poplar Bluff is the first conversion using Fazoli's new prototype design. It also is operated by the first new franchisee to enter the Fazoli's system in four years.
"With Fazoli's so popular in Missouri and Kentucky, I'm excited to bring the brand to this part of the state," said franchisee Jack Duckett of Duckett Brothers Inc.
In the past two years, Fazoli's has reinvented its menu and unveiled a new store design.
"The new Fazoli's prototype has been performing extremely well," said Carl Howard, Fazoli's president and CEO. "We are confident that the design will work equally well in this restaurant, as well as, in future conversions."
