PeopleMatter has chosen Dallas-based Genghis Grill to receive a complimentary 90-day trial of its Tax Credit Processing module within the PeopleMatter Talent Ecosystem. PeopleMatter's platform will allow the chain to take advantage of employer tax credits, ultimately increasing the chain's efficiency by saving managers time, reducing income tax liability, ensuring compliance and increasing cash flow.
The PeopleMatter Tax Credit Processing module will integrate with Genghis Grill's current hiring process to seamlessly and easily identify, calculate and certify all current and overlooked tax credits. With 45 stores and an expected 15 more planned to open by the end of the year, the potential savings for Genghis Grill in the first 90 days could mean an average savings of $1,250 per certified employee.
The tax credit programs incentivize companies to hire individuals from groups such as veterans, summer hires, disadvantaged youth and recipients of public assistance programs who might otherwise have difficulty finding their way into the workforce.
