HotSchedules, a provider of mobile and Web-based employee scheduling, forecasting and paperless hiring solutions for the restaurant and hospitality industry, has been named "Technology Vendor of the Year" by Hard Rock International during the company's annual Global Conference Awards dinner. HotSchedules was chosen for its technology that helps streamline employee scheduling processes for management teams, while improving flexibility for team members, according to a company press release.
Hard Rock International's Global Conference brings together team members from all over the world, including company and franchise-owned cafes, hotels and casinos, as well as key corporate partners in the retail, culinary, beverage and project development industries. Each year, Hard Rock utilizes the Global Conference as an arena in which to unite all areas of the brand and elevate the Hard Rock experience throughout the world.
David Cantu , HotSchedules co-founder and VP of business development, accepted the award at the annual event Jan. 31 in Cancun, Mexico.
