Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah's New York Bagels are celebrating National Bagel Day Feb. 9 by offering a free bagel and shmear to customers who purchase any size coffee or espresso.

"As a bagel company, we are excited about National Bagel Day and in celebration, we are pleased to offer bagel lovers one of our delicious, fresh baked bagels, which is the perfect complement to a cup of our premium coffee," CEO Jeff O'Neill said in a press release.

The promotion will last all day on Feb. 9 at participating locations.
