The Counter Custom Built Burgers has promoted Bryan Vicentini from vice president of operations to president and chief operating officer. In this role, he will continue to manage day-to-day operations, oversee all departments and team members, maintain vendor relations and interact with franchisees and partners.

"Bryan has shown outstanding leadership in the last two years with The Counter," said Jeff Weinstein, founder and co-CEO. "We're excited to have him at the helm as we continue to expand The Counter brand."

Vicentini has more than 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry and joined The Counter in 2010. He was previously senior director of operations at RA Sushi.
