Cowboy Chicken, the seven-unit Dallas-based fast casual wood-fire rotisserie chicken brand, has opened its newest franchised location in Rayzor Ranch in Denton, Texas. The 2,800-square-foot Denton location is the third franchised location for Vesta Restaurant Group, which is planning to open 10 Cowboy Chicken restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area throughout the next few years.
"We are pleased to bring the legendary wood-fired Cowboy Chicken to Denton," said Bob Andersen, president of Vesta Restaurant Group. "We look forward to opening more locations to feed our followers."
Cowboy Chicken was recently chosen as the top "Hot Restaurant Chain to Buy into Now" by Forbes magazine and is seeking qualified operators to franchise and grow the concept.
