Jamba Juice Company and Systems Services of America today announced the formation of a supply chain distribution alliance for service on the West Coast. The alliance is expected to enable greater supply chain efficiencies and enhance service to existing Jamba Juice locations, while broadening the reach Jamba has into new territories as it considers future growth opportunities, according to the announcement.
"Jamba is constantly looking for new ways to reduce costs and increase productivity through access to value-added resources and technology. We believe that this alliance will provide greater supply-chain efficiencies and enhanced service to Jamba Juice outlets as well as facilitate rapid supply distribution in the face of our anticipated growth into new regions," said James D. White, chairman, president and CEO, Jamba Juice Company.
Systems Services of America is a chain account distributor operating four western distribution centers and serving nine western states.

Jamba Juice rolls out holiday flavors
Jamba Juice also announced the return of a fall favorite, the Pumpkin Smash smoothie, made with real pumpkin and seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg. It is also now available in Make It Light for the same taste, but with 1/3 less sugar, calories and carbohydrates.
This season, Jamba Juice also introduces Eggnog Jubilee, combining classic spices to create a drink reminiscent of eggnog. Jamba's Eggnog Jubilee is also available in Make It Light. Both flavors are available for a limited time only.
