Panda Express Wednesday is launching its "Bright and Fresh" concept at its newest Dallas area restaurant located at 12203 Lake June Road. The company founders Andrew and Peggy Cherng will attend the opening that also includes a ribbon cutting ceremony and a prize wheel giving attendees the chance to win a number of Panda Express prizes including coupon offers and plush panda bears, according to a company press release.
“The Bright and Fresh concept is an exciting step for Panda Express as we further expansion throughout the country,” said David Landsberg, CFO, Panda Restaurant Group. “Our food is always hot and fresh and we want our décor to mirror that.”
The Bright and Fresh concept utilizes bold color accents, natural materials and integrated landscaping and is one of two new designs for Panda Express restaurants. The other concept dubbed “Blocks of Flavor” will debut in Memphis later this year.
