Boneheads has announced that franchise opportunities are now available in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Colorado. Boneheads is a grilled fish and Piri Piri chicken restaurant that offers a wide selection of toppings such as pineapple salsa and Piri Piri mushrooms.

The restaurant’s signature dish is its Piri Piri chicken, which is flame broiled and marinated in a Piri Piri sauce. The sauce comes from the Piri Piri pepper, is native to South Africa.

Headquartered in Atlanta, Boneheads launched in 2006 and has four locations open in three states.

The total investment range is between $200k and $500k for a franchise that is SBA-approved and includes turn-key real estate selection, award winning architectural design, access to discounted restaurant equipment, assistance with HR and staffing, three weeks of training, operating manuals, marketing support, and a top-line point-of-sale system.

Additionally, a new Boneheads location is opening soon in Austin, Texas.
