Skiers talented enough to drink coffee while skiing may be happy to hear that Squaw Valley USA, a ski resort in California, has opened the world's first ski-in/ski-out Starbucks.
The new mountaintop Starbucks at 2,400 meters allows customers to get coffee without taking off their skis or snowboard, according to a story on onthesnow.com.
"We worked closely with the design team at Starbucks to create a one-of-a-kind experience that we know our guests will truly enjoy," Andy Wirth, Squaw Valley's president and CEO, said in the story. "Nowhere else in the world can skiers and riders enjoy a delicious Starbucks coffee without missing a beat on the slopes."
Squaw Valley's mountaintop Starbucks is open from 9 a.m to 4 p.m throughout the winter season, weather permitting.
