Louisville, Colo.-based Envysion Inc., a provider of Managed Video as a Service (MVaaS) for the restaurant and retail industries, has been selected as a finalist for Red Herring's 2011 Top 100 Global award. The award recognizes and honors the year's most enterprising private technology companies and entrepreneurs from across the globe.
The Red Herring editorial team selected the companies demonstrating the most innovative technologies and business models originating from more than 1,000 businesses across 40 nations. These companies are judged based on a range of qualitative and quantitative metrics, including technology innovation, financial performance, growth criterion, management's execution standards, potential globalization of the strategy and market share improvement.

The 2011 finalists were selected based upon their technological innovation, management strength, market size, investor record, customer acquisition and financial health.
Envysion was founded in 2006 by Matt Steinfort, president and CEO.
