Greenz Franchise Systems has announced an agreement with Daniel Lee, marking the second franchise location for the company. Larry Koehler of 7K Development Inc. took over the Greenz Uptown location in January 2011. This new franchise restaurant will be converted from an existing Greenz corporate store located in Addison, Texas.
“I am excited to partner with Mr. Lee on oursecond franchise location,” said Casie Caldwell, who founded the Greenz concept in 2004. “I believe Greenz has true market potential because we’re totally unique in the salad category among fast casual restaurants.”
Founded in Dallas in 2004, Greenz has since grown to three locations in the Dallas area. The menu includes fresh salad ingredients along with wraps, sandwiches and soups.
