Tin Star has rolled out its new “Healthy Stars” menu at all Tin Star locations. With the partnership of Coach Oscar, a Dallas and Plano, Texas-based fitness trainer, Tin Star presents the healthy and flavorful menu to offer consumers lighter meals made with seasonally fresh ingredients.
Each entrée item is between 212 and 660 calories and is gluten-free, with some options being paleo friendly – natural foods that help achieve great health and a good physique. The menu items include:
- The Hayworth (Chicken Taco) – Chicken, onions and avocados served in a fresh lettuce cup with steamed broccoli served on the side (212 calories and gluten-free and paleo friendly)
- Teeny Bikini (Fish Taco) – Grilled tilapia, cole slaw, and pico de gallo served in a fresh lettuce cup with grilled vegetables on the side (320 calories and gluten-free)
- Conga Man (Quesadilla) – Grilled chicken, sautéed onions and bell peppers, mushrooms, jack cheese chimichurra sauce served in corn tortillas with a side of pico de gallo (538 calories and gluten-free)
- Coach Oscar’s Super Bowl – Mixed greens, black bean mix, sautéed onions and bell peppers, jack cheese and topped with grilled chicken (391 calories and gluten-free)
- Chicken Little Salad – Grilled chicken, fresh avocado, crumbled bleu cheese, diced eggs, chopped tomatoes and mixed greens (435 calories and gluten-free); side of Garlic balsamic dressing (194 calories and gluten-free)
