Granbury Restaurant Solutions has completed the asset acquisition of InfoCentrix, developers of a web-based restaurant point-of-sale solution. This acquisition follows Granbury's strategy of adding solutions and customers to its growing stable of restaurant technology.

Terms of the asset purchase, which was completed today, were not disclosed.
