To mark Corner Bakery Café's 20th anniversary on Nov. 15, the chain has launched its "Three Biggest Fans" contest, awarding three winners free Corner Bakery Café favorites for a year.
"Over the past 20 years, our passionate and loyal guests have helped shape Corner Bakery Café into what it is today," said Jim Vinz, president of Corner Bakery Café. "We are excited to recognize and reward three of our amazing fans with a year of meals on us."
The search started May 23 on the Corner Bakery Café Facebook Page, where fans are asked to submit a short write-up explaining what makes them one of Corner Bakery Café's "Three Biggest Fans." Every fan who submits an entry will receive an offer for a free sweet with the purchase of a lunch or dinner entrée.
On June 13, a distinguished panel of judges will evaluate all entries based on originality, passion and loyalty to Corner Bakery Café.
The judges include Corner Bakery Café senior vice president of food and beverage, Ric Scicchitano; Chicago Bites cofounder and blogger, Tammy Green; and Fast Food Maven writer, Nancy Luna – who will select the top 10 finalists, each winning a $50 Corner Bakery Café gift card and a chance at one of three grand prizes.
The 10 entries will be displayed on the Corner Bakery Café Facebook Page, and other fans are encouraged to vote for their favorite to determine the ultimate three winners. On June 29, Corner Bakery Café will announce the "Three Biggest Fans," each of whom will receive a year of free favorites redeemable in the form of $500 in Corner Bakery Café gift cards.
